LeeAnne Trohon is an exemplary realtor who made the stressful process of selling and buying a home (with an 8-month-old baby) absolutely seamless. Her professional experience is extremely evident throughout both the buying and selling processes. We put our trust in her 100% and were able to get all we wanted (and more) on both the buying and selling side. LeeAnne makes herself available, is thoughtful, diligent, and overall just a pleasure to work with. We love our new home, but if we ever decide to move again, we certainly have a realtor for life. LeeAnne is a consummate professional. This sale was a bit complex and involved a setback related directly to the first buyer and was further complicated by some unanticipated home repairs, including replacing the entire heating system. She never wavered. persevered and quickly secured a second buyer for an even higher price! She always remained positive and went way beyond what any realtor would have done, so many trips to the house to meet with plumbers, painters, cleaners, and electricians on our behalf; no one would do that. LeeAnne went far above and beyond our expectations. We had a tight timeline to sell as we were building a new home. We were nervous about having to move quickly before the home was built, but LeeAnne was able to negotiate a rent-back for us so we could stay in the home until the new one was completed. It couldn't have worked out more perfectly on both buying and selling due to her expertise.
